Refund Policy


Our refund policy is as follows:

You can cancel your appointment 14 days in advance for a full refund, cancellations within 14 days will be refunded at 50%. No refund for cancellations within 7 days.

You can reschedule up to 3 days prior to your appointment, once, with no penalty. second reschedule will incur a 50% penalty.


Once your cancellation is received, depending on the time and our refund policy, We will also notify you of the status and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
